Why do we use a bank connection?
It's how we know what to send you. Not a quiz. Not assumptions. We look at brands you actually spend with and use that to match you with drops that feel right rather than generic. It also means we can refund you to your account instantly for drops you redeem.
We use Open Banking for it all which is the same regulated infrastructure used by major UK banks. We can only see transaction data, which we keep completely private. And we can't touch your money. Ever.

Is it actually free?
Yes. You pay for whatever you buy, and we refund it. There's no subscription, no hidden cost.
Why is it free?
Because the brands cover it. They're not paying for an ad that you'll scroll past. They're paying to get their product into the hands of someone who's genuinely likely to love it. And in return, they get your honest take.
Is connecting my bank account safe?
Yes. We use Open Banking — the same regulated technology used across UK banking. We can read transaction data to match you with brands. We can never move, access, or share your money.
How many drops will I get?
One per week. That's it. We're not trying to overwhelm you.
Can I choose what I get?
Not exactly, that's part of the point. We match you based on your spending, so what you get should feel right, even if it's something new. That said, you can always tell us what you think, and we'll use that to get better.
What if I don't like something?
Tell us. We ask 1-2 questions after every drop. Your feedback is literally what makes this work.
